This Love Came Back To Me BiFeliciaz19 Summary: "Stolas, where do you think we go when we die?" Stolas looked up at Blitzy from where his head lay on his chest. The problem was that Stolas' vast vocabulary had been reduced to ash, choking in his throat, unable to dislodge. "I... I don't know, my darling," he finally managed. Blitzo shrugged like his question hadn't been that deep. "I dunno. It's just a weird thought, ya know? Like, here is a place where Sinners end up when they die, right? Here is basically assumed to be the final destination. "I've killed demons here. I never see them respawn elsewhere around here like a video game NPC. So, where do we go when we're shunted from this Final Destination?" He smiled weakly at Stolas. "It's kinda turning my brain into a pretzel just thinking about it. It's no big deal." ~*~*~*~*~ Or, Blitzo and Stolas are forced to confront Blitzo's mortality and choose to take upon themselves the eon-spanning journey of Soulmates. XD Intended for the Hurt/Comfort prompt, but this basically also ended up unwittingly covering several of the other prompts, and after all the work I put into this, I'm probably just gonna let this be my Stolitz Week participation for this year. ~*~*~*~*~ Y'ALL!!!! Razoth wrote A FUCKING POEM inspired by this story!!!!! LINK BELOW！！！！GO read it!!! It's gorgeous!!! ~*~*~*~*~ (See the end of the work for more notes and other works inspired by this one.) The problem with limited immortality was that it was limited. Stolas' first brush with this knowledge came when Blitzo returned from a hit with knife wounds deep and close enough to vital organs as to require emergency surgery and hospitalization. And seeing his Blitzy lying there, pale and weak, was the first real lick of fear that Stolas had ever felt for his beloved Imp. It was horrifying, this realization that he'd never previously reconciled. He'd never had a reason to. In Stolas' eyes, his Blitzy was practically invincible. He was strong, capable. He knew how to handle himself in a fight. Nothing could touch him. Until it did. And when it did, it also touched Stolas in the worst of places. He was forced to realize that someday his Blitzy would die. Not a matter of "if" but "when." Even if he lived his long life to the very oldest age possible for someone of his species, someday Blitzy would be gone. The knowledge was ice and acid, pouring over his psyche and soul like a horrible syrup, clinging to his feathers with dread. What would he do in his eternity if Blitzo wasn't there with him? ~*~*~*~*~ Stolas was by Blitzo's side when he awoke at last from his surgery. It had been touch-and-go, and, to Stolas horror, he'd learned that Blitzo had flatlined at one point, almost beyond their reach. Fear solidified around him like amber encasing an insect, keeping him lashed to Blitzo's side, refusing to miss the moment his beloved Imp opened his eyes, needing the reassurance that they would not yet be parted. His father visited briefly while Stolas kept his vigil. Or, rather, his butler visited with a mirror. Stolas didn't have the energy to so much as scoff. Of course, his father couldn't be bothered to actually be here for him. This was nothing new and his father's already-cavernous distance had only deepened when he decided to divorce Stella; deeper still when he proudly and unabashedly proclaimed his love and devotion for an Imp in front of Satan and everyone. Stolas rocked shut around him, holding him, rocking them back and forth together as Blitze unloaded gods-only-knew how many years of pent-up everything. They lay quietly together in the aftermath for a long time, with Blitze listening to the sound of Stolas' heartbeat while said man held him fast. "I think I should make us some tea and then I think we should go visit Baby Belle and Onyx. What do you think, my darling? " Blitze looked up at him then, eyes filling with a fresh round of vulnerable weather. "Do dogs piss on fire hydrants?" he bleated pathetically, causing Stolas to burst out laughing as he kissed Blitze with whining affection.

That's the kind of shit Blitzo had seen his traffickers pull on anyone trying to formulate an escape - keep them off balance by barging in on them when they were most vulnerable. Thank gods Stolas had broached the what-if's about his father finding out about the party! Finally, Paimon seemed to find his voice in the rubble of his shock, for he used it to try to exclaim, "Your room in my house!" "Your' house that I'm on the paperwork for as being a renting tenant, which legally makes it my house, thank you very much. You are trespassing, and grossly so, given that you did not present notice of your intrusion at least 24 hours prior! Now, what the fuck do you want?" A smaller picture up to one side showed the both of them in the middle of a passionate kiss. "Stolas Goetia Is Gay?!" screamed across the headline in true yellow-rag fashion.

dreamland, take me there by pipsqueakparker summary: Blitz often struggles with getting a decent night's rest, and Stolas just wants to be a good, caring partner and make sure all of Blitz's needs are met. AKA, baby's first somno fic Stolas was trying to take as much off his plate as he could, but Blitzø was stubborn. Stolas had to get sneaky about it — he couldn’t say he was going to make dinner so Blitzø could take a nap after work, he had to excitedly show Blitzø a new recipe he had found and basically beg for the imp to let him try making it, then put on My Little Hellpony as ‘background noise’, knowing Blitzø would fall asleep on the couch watching it. And those naps were essential, because he knew Blitzø still wasn’t sleeping well at night. That was something else he had to start being sneaky about — he knew Blitzø was neglecting his sleep meds again, Blitzø didn’t like how hard they put him out in case Stolas needed him in the middle of the night. That had been an issue once or twice, when things were still new and Stolas was still trying to get settled on his own medication, with his own routine, in this new normal. But it had been months now, and Stolas felt okay. Even if he still had nightmares, he didn’t need Blitzø to be up with him for hours anymore. Blitzø had been doing so much for him for so long, he just wanted to return the favor as much as he could.

can't keep my hands to myself by pipsqueakparker summary: Blitzø raked his claws back up, mussing up the feathers on his way and smoothing them over once more as he grabbed at the owls’ hips again, squeezing the tender meat he found there. Stolas let out a soft sound, a small hum in the back of his throat as Blitzø massaged the new plumpness on his body. The stress of the move, in combination with the contentment they had found together, had resulted in both of them putting on a little softness around the edges. Blitzø wouldn’t complain, where he used to meet hard bones, now he found a pleasant amount of chub. Every part of Stolas had become a good handful, and he proved it to himself as his hand drifted further down, finding the curve of the bird’s ass and gripping it in greedy claws. Stolas stirred under the imp’s grasp, but all four of his eyes stayed closed — Blitzø watched carefully through his own half-lidded gaze, focused on the owl’s relaxed expression, on his fluffy cheeks flushing ever so slightly from the imp’s actions. -- AKA, the one with lots of groping Light streamed through the large windows, casting warmth and shadows over sleeping bodies. Soft snuffling and hooting snores filled the quiet morning as Blitzø slowly stirred to consciousness, mind still heavy and hazy with sleep, unable to hold onto a thought for longer than two seconds before the next floated in, then back out. He drifted between reality and dreams as claws tightened around the body next to him, sinking into feathers, finding purchase against plush hips and eliciting soft hums from the still sleeping owl. Those sounds felt as warm to his ears as the body beneath his hands. Spurred on by the simple desire of wanting to hear more, Blitzø let his hands follow the lines of the owl’s body, skating over soft, freshly preened feathers. Absently, he remembered helping preen them last night, carefully carding through the shafts with oils and claws and, at particularly tough patches, teeth. They were still so silky and smooth, not roughed up from Stolas’ usual tossing and turning. He had slept soundly last night, barely moving in Blitzø’s arms.

"I knew that!" Blitzo clearly did not. But it was also clear that he didn't care. He blatantly thought it was wrong for his lover to work for him for free, which was adorable to a heartbreaking degree! "I just... I don't ever want to take advantage...," Blitzo tried to plead. Stolas, ever with that Autistic habit of interrupting, cut Blitzo off in his haste to be understood while the latter got a flat, annoyed look on his face that nearly provoked the former into squealing Cute Aggression! "Darling, I promise you are not taking advantage of me!" he laughed! Why, the very idea! "Working in the dish pit has been a relief, and that alone should convey the sheer amount of privilege I have! I don't need or want your money, my love, but you certainly do. Need it, I mean." He couldn't help but adore when Blitzo decided to be cheeky! "Oh, you don't want my money," he mocked without ire or malice. "What, my money not good enough for you, rich bitch?" He capped the unserious challenge with a wink and a kiss. Stolas laughed, kissing his boyfriend's palm with an affectionate nip. "Dearest, if you're going to insist on lavishing me with your money, you're going to have to be more creative than just trying to disguise it in a paycheck." That bit of sass, and the cute little peck on the nose he gave to punctuate it, had earned a guffawing, appreciative, "Ohhhhh, you audacious motherfucker!" from his beloved right then, followed by the most delectable, hair-pulling, neck-biting spanking in the supply closet where Blitzo dragged him after the shop had closed!

Some nights he was in a very clingy mood, curling his body up against Blitzø as if he wasn’t twice his size, petting at Blitzø’s skin and horns, going on about how “lovely” it was to see him. Other nights, though, Stolas just seemed to like the sound of his own voice. He would yap about anything and everything, from the stars to his plants to the plot lines of his favorite show. One thing Blitzø would never admit in the light of day? He liked to listen. Tonight, though, Stolas seemed… stressed Blitzø practically melted into the prince’s silk sheets; they were cool against his still-heated skin, and felt luxurious as they cushioned his aching muscles. That was one perk to plowing a prince of the Ars Goetia, it meant he got to spend most of a night in a bed — he also got to have insanely good sex with an undeniably hot demon, another perk. And, of course, it meant he got to keep his business running smoothly with the use of Stolas’ big fancy magic book. It also meant that after that insanely good sex, and before he got to go back to keeping his business running, he did have to put up with Stolas’ pillow talk. And he never quite knew what to expect from the prince — some nights he was in a very clingy mood, curling his body up against Blitzø as if he wasn’t twice his size, petting at Blitzø’s skin and horns, going on about how “lovely” it was to see him, to spend time with him, like this wasn’t just the two of them using each other for their own personal gain. Those nights were a little harder to put up with simply because Stolas always sounded so earnest, like he had fully convinced himself of the little romance he’d formulated in his head for the two of them — and deep down in Blitzø’s gut, he wished he could play along with it, too. Not that he would ever openly acknowledge that. No, that was saved for his nights alone, when he was moping around or listing off the reasons he would never deserve for any of this to be real. Other nights, though, Stolas just seemed to like the sound of his own voice. He would yap about anything and everything, from the stars to his plants to the plot lines of his favorite show. Those nights were easier, Blitzø could listen to Stolas yap for hours. When Stolas was in one of those moods, he didn’t even need Blitzø to listen — if he wanted to, Blitzø could totally zone out and just let him go off. With a well-placed nod or properly timed ‘mhm’, Stolas probably wouldn’t even notice that Blitzø had no idea.
