was thinking wrt capcom fgs '94 and on stemming from discussion earlier;abt overheads & when they really cropped up. sfz had ryu hopkick, hazanshu, charlie sobat which was suuuper slow; ST sobat wasnt a real overhead but ken had funky kick, you could crouchblock rainbow ball ( & vert ball in turbo )

I modified some downwards axe kick to be an upwards hopkick with frame-based bone bend instructions. Good for small modifications but probably not for making whole new moves. Any animators can tell me how much time it'd take to hand animate it instead? #gamedev #indiedev
