After so many attacks against democracy,
WE ARE STILL HERE.
Mostly because of the 1988 Brazilian constitution, assembled after a dictatorship, and population pressure to maintain their democratic institutions.

Poseurs dismissing Brazil’s celebration of #I’mStillHere, the hope for an Oscar for Fernanda as crass mob nationalism have no fucking idea of the trauma the country went through AGAIN recently, how close we were to losing our fragile democracy. A small film waking up a divided country is pure art.
