I don't think TF fans would even handle books like Lord of the Rings... They will call the trilogy boring and the worst things ever. TF stories aren't allowed to be slow-burn or lack of fight actions, or they will be considered " nothing happened" in the plots.

I think that’s probably the funniest part about IDW2 is because it got canceled, it just ends with the Autobots running away and the Decepticons ruling Cybertron. Megatron just straight up wins at the end of it all it’s hilarious

I like IDW2 world building a lot. Seeing the landscapes and peaking into the lives of Cybertronians post-war is fun for me...

IDW2 is the worst thing happened for anyone who has a short attention span that won't survive LOTR...

I'm all for decompressed storytelling and slow burns, but god IDW2 could not be bothered to have an interesting hook. Its so slow and dull af

IDW2 is a better anti-war story than Skybound Transformers because it doesn't need to rely on graphic dead scenes or bots/cons acting unhinged to push the message "war is bad".

Welp there's the Marvel run alongside the UK side. If you ever get to IDW, I recommend going by publication order rather than going straight to phase 2.
