2/ Newspapers like The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Boston Globe, And The Chicago Trubune have been doing hard reporting while the Times (NY and LA) and Washington Post have failed. This looks like a timely newsletter.

From the time he began hostile take overs of various companies, it was apparent he was a businessman in the form of the one George Carlin jests about. I am even confounded about how he became a focus of glamour? It all seems like the national inquirer and cosmopolitan converged with the wsj.

The fiction in #StrangerThings isn’t even the wild part. The 80s were. We funded psychics spying on foreign governments. We ruined lives over Satanic Panic conspiracies.

Marky from the Inquirer back in his bad boy days.
He was infamous for stripping at parties back in the day.
Some claimed he was just ginning up publicity to sell underwear as he rather famously endorsed Calvin Klein.

In the mid 90s I was in my late 20s and decided it was time I looked into this Dylan guy, I went to circuit city and bought this on CD. You’re so right about it. The sequencing is irresistible. I went from skeptical inquirer to fan within an hour.

Smart insightful invaluable journalism from the Dublin Inquirer here

I think how the PERCEPTION of violent crime rather than the reality influences a lot of policy change and social/cultural attitudes especially in the era of social media so this is a vital topic to be explored
There's been a great deal of debate about how safe Dublin city centre is, but when we @dublininquirer.com looked for data to resolve this, we couldn't find much useful – so we commissioned a survey to try to add some facts/data to the debate. Today we've published five articles about the results. 1/

Last summer, on a road trip to Nova Scotia, my kid was asked where he was from. When he said New Jersey, he was met with a blank expression. The inquirer had no concept of U.S. states. He followed up "near New York City," and got a nod of understanding. →
