again from kozi, now its local beans from West Java, with natural anaerob processing.
the aroma is way different from yesterday, it has fruity, sweet aroma. the taste however, acidity is more stronger than yesterday, but balanced with body and sweetness.

I tried beans that i bought from yesterday event. it need to be rested for a week so in blooming phase, i use 1 minute-ish with 45ml.
overall flavor is balance, with floral-berry like fruit aroma.
its Chelcele from ethiopia, anaerobic natural processed, roasted by kozirama.
