Jess Franco's 1973 vampire epic traveled in different forms & under different titles. THE DARK COUNTESSS (a great title), THE BARE-BREASTED COUNTESS (a lost bet, perhaps?) and most commonly--and most generically--FEMALE VAMPIRE. But this is the best of the various titles:
