Good point. I do enjoy watching a few Kmovies. And often it's just very critical of Korean society (which is something many dramas don't do). But yes, many are male-centric. But is it that far from Hollywood though, for example? Only in recent years have there been more

I have so little access to kmovies, because I live in a smaller urban area without cinemas that screen them. Unless more kfilm shows up on streaming services I'm not going to see it.
Then again, I don't watch many movies (probably <20 a year across all languages) so I'm not bothered.
