This #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek, we’re celebrating the power of self-discovery. When children understand their emotions, strengths, and challenges, they build the confidence to grow into their best selves. 🌱

As part of Children's Mental Health Week Year 3 used the @place2becharity.bsky.social resources to discuss our feelings. We designed our own 'Inside Out' style characters based on different feelings. Can you guess which feeling each character represents? #knowyourselfgrowyourself

It’s #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek and this year’s theme #KnowYourselfGrowYourself got me reflecting.

As a child, I struggled with anxiety. I didn’t know I was neurodivergent - or that school isn’t the best place for every learner.

💬 What advice would you give your younger self?
