#LicenseToAbuse started from a simple question: if transfers of arms are internationally regulated, why production lines and property rights are (almost) not?
So we documented the consequences of this gap looking at 🇪🇬 +🇧🇪 deals, and demand that policymakers now answer that question

Our report coming Feb24 explores the issue of #offshore licensed #arms production, an established trend in global arms production and transfers which remains under the radar of policymakers but significantly contributes to proliferation and lethal violence.
