There's #KleineKunstklasse which is an open German group that moved over about a year ago. (Check out latest, not just 'top' postings.)

We could try to establish #LittleArtClass for an international open art and doodles share.

It means littleArtClass and is what most of us use when creating any kind of art. There are tons of hobby artists and also enough professionals who come together under this #. A bunch of really nice people. The intention is to be friendly, encouraging and to have fun, no matter the skill level.
