The #ADHDBrain can be pretty awesome, but it comes with some rather comical struggles--like constantly hopping from one task to another without ever finishing the task. Let me know if this ever happens to you.

Escalator adventures. Maybe I'll stick to the elevator next time. Shoutout to @team_splenda for witnessing this... thing.

It’s always great when #ADHD disfunction cycles back to function. I have some kitchen work I don’t really want to do, so I cleaned the bathroom to avoid it.

Doctor’s office: you don’t need this thing until august but we are going to give you the paperwork for that appointment today (April)

Me: ::totally going to misplace that paper in 15 minutes:: already making a note on my calendar to call you in august for a replacement form.

This perspective has been my life for the last couple of months. Every day has been a little bit better than the last even with the off days, slips days and catastrophic days, the progress has only been up. I’m learning to live with, not struggle against, my #ADHD.

ADHD isn’t just a challenge—it’s a superpower. It fuels creativity, adaptability, and the ability to hyperfocus on what matters. It comes with hurdles, it also brings unique problem-solving skills and relentless energy. When embraced, ADHD becomes a strength, not a weakness. #Neurodivergence #ADHD

How often does the description “makes careless mistakes” define a student, even when their work is otherwise thoughtful and insightful?

My weight just dropped below 130 lbs. My current caloric intake is roughly 2,350/day. Looking through my fitness data, there should be enough excess days to more than balance any deficit days. Guess I’ll push to 2,750 and monitor. #LivingWithADHD #LivingWithAnxiety #ADHD #UnexpectedChanges

I’ve been doing well with my weekday routine, but I let weekends fall apart. This isn’t working for me. It’s like a crystal clear photograph with a blurry spot in the middle. Ive come to realize i can’t compromise on my sleep schedule just because it’s the weekend.

This is a really great listen for understanding and living with #ADHD. A bit on the longer side, but invaluable. I cried more than once.

I’ve found sleep regulation is the single most important factor in regulating both my #ADHD and my #Anxiety. I attended a community event Tuesday that disrupted my sleep schedule, two days later, I’m still recovering.

I don’t think it’s time yet, but I can finally see a pup in my future. I think that’s my current goal for my mental health. To be in a place where I can care for a companion.
