The Parallax Scrolling will look very convincing once the Background and Forground Layers are set up as if they were actual Layers. 🐱

Given the extra memory, would it ever be possible to do a MODE4/5 split like the BBC Micro, or is there a hardware limitation?

The problem of not being able to access the Modulator parameters on page 9 of Mode4 when SequencerMode is selected was solved by placing the corresponding parameters on page 5 of Mode4 in parallel.

The introduction of mode4 was a big mistake and should never have been passed. That's why many servers are now blocking any content from servers who made the switch to mode4.

Ugh, I hate this kind of stuff. I split my time between here and Mastodon and this is exactly the kind of stuff that leads users to think decentralization is too complicated.
