Definitely not a normal day, but delighted that at age 70, I can: walk
half an hour, do a 1hr body attack class, followed by 1hr pilates, then walk another half an hour back home and then do 2hrs clearing and bagging leaves.🏃🏿‍♀️🌿🌿
