Thanks I'm ok. I'm more disturbed at the return of the very movement he served against. Captured Tobruk, NaziPOW 3.5 years made it home loss of eye & shrapnelled chest wall. Lived a good life (89) No bitterness: clearly explained not all *Germans* were NAZI. Lifelong *friends* nurse & her husband.

Former History teacher here - devastating to think of those now aged in 40s I taught. They will be contemplating the likes of the brutal chaos & scourging last century. My grandfather was NaziPOW. The horror of it all. He lived & returned. A very sad time right now and ahead. 🥹
