Ind. University runs the central hubs for Internet2 and OmniSOC & others. If you want to infiltrate US academic institutions for IP theft or other, Ind. is where you want your people. This isn't new. They've been caught in 2014, 2019, 2021 and even the Confucius Institutes had to be kicked out.
