#PerennialFlowers
Snow-in-Summer (Cerastium tomentosum) is one of my fave perennial groundcovers for when I need to fill in a space ASAP. It’s one of the first to green up in spring and has lovely light-green foliage and these beautiful white flowers. #perennialgardening #perennialflowers #zone3gardening #bloomscroll

I planted these lilies a few years ago, and love seeing them bloom every year. Like all perennials, they brave the winter and come back to life as soon as the spring temperatures rise.
Take a look—these two photos were taken just a couple of weeks apart!

Creating a garden that blooms all year round might seem like a challenging task, but with a bit of planning and care, you can transform your outdoor space into a continuous tapestry of colors and fragrances. #Flowercare #Gardenplanning #Perennialflowers

Winter sowing my perennials!❄️🌱
These cold loving seeds need a chill period to germinate, so they’re spending the winter outdoors to sprout in spring. Can’t wait to see what grows!🌱😁

For #fridayflowers I present a lovely spider daylily with my very average hand for scale. These were a gift from a fellow master gardener who was a breeder & member of both the AHS & IDS. I miss her greatly & am so happy to have these reminders
