Congratulations Raclette! ❤️ 🐀

For those who may not know, Raclette is a Swiss cheese & dish of the same name! You melt the cheese, scrape it ("racler" in French) and pour it over the vegetables and meat of your choice (traditionally, potatoes & pickles!) 🤤
