I got so disappointed with Southwest Airlines that I needed to write them an email just to feel something.

Well, with the decline of Democracy, comes the decline of Southwest Airlines. New mgmt is all uber corporate and when I first heard they were laying off people, I knew it was the start of the end. Closing bases and drastically cutting RapidRewards program. Ain't broke don't fix it. They'll find out.

I know this is whiny--and I do whine sometimes--but why in the heck does the #Chase @southwestairlines.bsky.social customer service person not know if I keep my #SWA #RapidRewards points if I close my Chase-SWA card?

Told me to call SWA because they didn't know.

My question: Why don't you know?

I haven't flown enough to make any sort of miles card worth it

(Only reason I even have a chunk of RapidRewards points is because of the mess a few years ago with massive delays they had)
