In a world filled with division, let us choose words that heal, not wound. Hate-speech and violent rhetoric degrade humanity and erode trust.
Let us not sanctify anger as virtue. Let us disagree but not dehumanize.

It is natural that some among us may feel relief at Charlie Kirk's passing. Yet humanism calls us to pause before we dwell there.

Thank you Michael Fanone. For those who do not recognize the name, Michael is one of the officers who defended America on January 6th and was left permanently injured as a result. He is a true hero of our Democracy.

I don’t care who you vote for, just don’t shoot for it. We can disagree without destroying each other. I stand for survivors, not violence. #ProtectSurvivors #RejectViolence

My condolences to Charlie Kirk's family, friends, and community and everyone shaken by today's events. No matter where we stand politically, no one should lose their life for their beliefs.

Violence is never the answer. I opposed Charlie Kirk’s misogyny and racism, but no one deserves to be shot. Our hearts are with his family. Division + hate fuel these tragedies. America will always reject fascism. #RejectViolence #DefendDemocracy

Such remarks condone violence, insult victims, and expose a complete disregard for public safety. Domestic violence is a serious crime, not a political topic. We must uphold the dignity and safety of all victims!

Trump claims crime is down to "virtually nothing" in DC & adds the crimes that are happening are "much lesser things. Things that take place in the home they call crime. You know, they'll do anything they can to find something. If a man has a little fight w/the wife they say 'this is a crime. See?'"
