It's efficient to beat/capture any Pokemon on the WAY to the specific Pokemon you're grinding shinies/alphas because they'll be put on the respawn timer, so they wont notice you and prevent you from flying. Do NOT beat/capture your target Pokemon. Run up, check, fly. Rinse repeat.

Love being a perfectionist. I could have progressed in Legends ZA much more but I’m addicted to smashing every Mega Shard and picking up every item I see… and they respawn regularly it seems 😆

PSA to people grinding alphas or spawns! DO NOT USE BENCH METHOD. It's a waste of time (unless you need to change time)
Resetting spawns simply needs a loading screen. Flying to the same zone you're at works 100%! However, catching/killing has a STRICT timer to respawn, dont do it to your target!!

The weakest point of legends ZA is that the wild areas are too small, the hiding does next to nothing for stealth and you just get gangbanged by 4 pokemon that respawn constantly as youre trying to catch an alpha until the time changes and you have to do it all over again.

I have to say the fact that no matter what a shiny pokemon will stay in the overworld even if you despair a location is insane. The only thing you need to do is respawn a location repeatedly to get guaranteed shinnies.

i got to the point where I'm back to thieving because the 50% experience i get from the shared gridmaster thingy is like 8 times the experience i get in the same time mining runite, and stalls don't take insanely long to respawn here
