ja, weil du es beruflich machst dacht ich, ich frag di einf ma :)
ich mach nur home training: pushups, pullups, squats usw, also komplett unkomplex, but fun
wenn ich drüber lese steht da immer „restdays wichtig wichtig!“ nur meist bin ich am folgetag besonders motiviert

Unpopular opinion but for me Kuss has been having 2 normal seasons since 2023. Missed the tour, was decent but irregular in the vuelta, bad in 1 weeks. Could go either way in week 3. Their train has the potential to be ridiculous. There will be a few days to take it easy till week 3 plus 2 restdays.

started my tamagotchi smart after finally getting the english patch for it. this one is pretty cute though it doesn't have as much stuff as the uni. the one selling point for me is that you can interact with your tama directly by petting them or talking to them!

Gym läuft aktuell, restdays fühlen sich nicht mehr so an als würde ich sofort alle gains verlieren. Die Ernährung läuft auch. Ich fühle mich immer wohler in meinem Körper und habe immer mehr das Gefühl ich kann meine Ziele im Thema Körperbau und Fitness erreichen. Das ist einfach so toll

That said though. In my personal ideal world there would be a TdF and a Giro d'Italia that both spanned 14 stages over 3 weekends, with 2 restdays.
That would provide the special aura of the Grand Tours and give those races a full varied parcours without the compromises you have to make in a week.

Ich ernähre mich zwar veggie/ vegan Versuche aber trotzdem meine Proteine zu bekommen: Tofu is your best friend. Ansonsten Erbsen, Linsen, Haferflocken.
Nehm zusätzlich Shakes (ESN iso clear bestes) und creatin
