#Roadsafetyweek2025
I don't think a sticker from the police saying it's 'not allowed' highlights the dangers of pavement parking to drivers.

I think it highlights to drivers that they can do something that's not allowed, with full knowledge of the police, and face zero consequences.

We support #RoadSafetyWeek2025, it’s a timely reminder that safer roads don’t happen by chance, they happen by choice. This year’s focus is upon vehicle safety but the awareness week also encourages us to look closely at the Fatal 5 behaviours that continue to be factors to injuries and deaths.

We all want safer streets for Birmingham
End pavement parking in England

As @brakecharity.bsky.social Road Safety Week 2025 shines a spotlight on this year’s theme, “safe vehicles save lives,” it’s the perfect time to remind drivers of the importance of winter preparation.
