A little bit of context for everyone, the mayor and DA of San Francisco were the target of a very clear work stoppage/slowdown by the SFPD, leading to their recall, and the election of moderate pro-police DA Brooke Jenkins and Mayor Lurie, and Lurie is well connected to super rich tech.

i will be astonished if jenkins actually gets the SFPD to do it (they're not awful compared to most departments but still...).
