While logically I understand that both provide the exact same steadiness & balance support, “walking stick” just sounds so much better than “cane”.

Well, I'm SPMS now so honestly who knows if it is. There's no metric I can use to tell. I think about this all the time. But since I've been on Ocrevus and started PT (what y'all call physio I think) I haven't really gotten much worse (knocking on every wood surface).

MS has a lot of gradations that may have been differentiated to get the first disease-modifying treatments approved in the US, via the orphan drug act. Some argue that it’s all one disease process that presents differently in different situations and the RIS/CIS/RRMS/PPMS/SPMS isn’t helpful.

To carry on the #MSFriday thread that @feltwright.bsky.social and @lomelindi12.bsky.social have started, a bit about me.
DX in 2015 after years of odd symptoms that came and went. Started following OvercomingMS almost straight away and got improvements, but over COVID times switched to SPMS.

Non scientist here and I have no financial interest in it.

Just nonactive SPMS.

Using your biometric data from a Fitbit like wearable device; it analyzes info, determines your baseline energy level and projects if you’ll exceed that baseline.

So with how little online impact brothership had its hard to not wonder if a future PM would have a similar fate. where only PM fans will care about it and even then will not really be invested in it. Where the cahracters wont leave the type of impact Goombella, Vivian lr SPMs villain crew did.

Thanks for posting this. I’m just starting on the #VisibleApp

I only get 8 pace points a day !!

And of course, I blew them out yesterday.

So it is slow going for me to figure out what a reasonable activity rate is for me.

Can I ask how many pace points you get per day?

FWIW I have #SPMS. #MS

How reliable are WiFi connections on flights these days? Can I pull SPMs from GitHub during my 22-hour flight?

I plan to work on an idea, but I might need a good connection.

Or, I can work on the basics since most  docs should suffice. Hmm. 🤔

What are your pre-flight hacks as a dev?

I struggle with lower SPMs. That's something I need to work on. I bought my RowErg in early 2021 during the Pandemic. One of the best fitness decisions I've made.
