Halloween the Cat manages his condition well, but some days, nothing goes his way. Just had his fourth water bowl flip since this morning. (Don't worry, he takes it in stride... but yes it's a relief when he's ready to sit still for a while.)

Part of the reason I love puppet, stop motion, and practical monsters is because they don’t move smoothly. They jerk and twitch and halt, adding to the effect of “What the hell is it doing?”

“Under the potential contract, MV would be responsible for providing start-up services on Stride starting next year, including testing the agency’s new battery-electric buses, which are expected to start arriving within the first quarter of 2026.”
A $433 million contract with MV Transportation extends through 2032, and includes full start-up costs for Sound Transit's three Stride lines. It's the first time that Sound Transit has contracted with a private operator for core transit services.
