“Can I take this to mean you like my gift?” “It’s acceptable.” “Such high praise. Maybe I should play it by ear like this more often.” It’s not like he forgot about White Day! Satoru had a romantic, candlelit dinner all planned out, followed by a nice walk under a starry sky in one of three potential locations he could easily teleport to. But Suguru’s mission turned out more complicated than expected—no surprises there—so Satoru had to scrap most of the items on his list and improvise. Is there a better White Day gift than a bouquet of lovely red roses?

Tuesday sees Suguru doing something he hasn’t done in almost 8years: avoiding Satoru. He deliberately misses the train into the city and has to text Yaga that he won’t be in until 11, spends the lunch hour at the library going through his notes.

here's another look at my piece for the #satosuguswitch white day event, which is silly and sexy in equal measure! i'm posting this on friday, followed by (hopefully!) ski fic on satoruday which also incorporates a white day prompt... 🍫 #jjk #satosugu
‘Okay,’ said Suguru, lifting his hands to the blindfold once more. ‘I think I’ve had enough of this game.’ ‘No, please!’ Once again, Satoru’s fingers closed around his wrists. ‘I promise you’ll like the next one! Please, Suguru?’ he begged, his pout practically audible. ‘Please, please, please?’ And Suguru swore he could feel the lethal effects of those stupid puppy eyes through dark silk designed to conceal the world from even the Six Eyes. Cursing himself, he let out a long-suffering sigh — which Satoru immediately took as enthusiastic permission to continue. Suguru cursed himself for that, too. ‘Alright, Suguru, take a good whiff.’ After the last round, it was hard not to feel mildly terrified of what was to come. At first, Suguru could smell nothing — and that only made him more nervous about whatever awful thing Satoru might shove under his nose — but then, he felt the mattress shift beneath him as a familiar fragrance filled his nostrils, accompanied by pleasant heat radiating against his lips. When he felt soft skin drag against the tip of his nose, he didn’t need his sight to know that it was Satoru, baring the long column of his neck to him. Without thinking about it, Suguru leaned in to press his lips to the tendon there, mouthing at a strong and steady pulse — and grumbling his dissatisfaction when it swiftly disappeared from reach. ‘Ah ah.’ Close to his ear, Satoru’s voice was little more than a low rumble. ‘With your nose only, Suguru.’
