This @nytimes.com article about fungi is giving me "The Last of Us" vibes.

Fungi travel using a "living algorithm" to build the most efficient pathway - all without a brain or a nervous system. 😱 😳

One of the most interesting projects I have ever worked on was the analysis of ostrich and deer antler collagen analysing their amino acid profiles, protein content, and natural crosslinks (unpublished work).

🦃 From Turkey to Tryptamines

Did you know tryptophan in turkey links to tryptamines like serotonin and psychedelics? While turkey won't cause psychedelic effects, it's fascinating how they're biochemically related. Yay science 🔬

Sounds intriguing! It’s great to see science celebrated. As Arthur C. Clarke said, “Magic’s just science we don’t understand yet.” What was the most mind-blowing part for you? 🪐📚 #ScienceIsAwesome
Everyone WATCH AND SHARE -- this is amazing and every human should see it ASAP!

I'm still reeling from how outstanding it is in so many ways. It's science and not the fiction kind.
