There are effective treatments for self-harm that can allow a person to feel in control again.

I found out that it's #selfharmawarenessmonth! I found this out when researching self harm. I also found out non-suicidal self harm is a disorder. I was relieved when I found out that I only self harmed to cope with things around me. I'm even taking better steps to better my health.
