Classic NIMBY responses - very similar to why our Council refuse to restore access to our community beach in Co Antrim due to lobbying from vocal naysayers, even though >90% of local residents want it. Bench looks brilliant. #ShareOurShore

We think this is the longest stretch of coastline in MEABC with zero access to/from the shore (without walking along the tidal beach itself). Council has neglected its statutory duties to preserve public rights of way, failed to maintain proper records, and has let the people of Greenisland down.
