I've been nagging the CEC to improve #SmokeTight buildings & require #blowerdoortesting for quite some time... Will the #LAfires finally make it happen?

DYK that California’s building & energy code does NOT require blower door testing for new homes? The need for #Smoketight buildings in California is real, and more urgent than ever ( and is why I advocate so actively for #Passivhaus alternate compliance pathways.)
