A pair of Garganey at #StodmarshNNR right in front of the hide #britishbirding #kentbirding while bittern booms and nightingale sings
Many ducks at #StodmarshNNR this w/e not looking their best, skulking in eclipse. But stunning subtle plumage of pair of Gadwall was on display. Hawthorns aflame with haws, awaiting the arrival of the winter thrushes to relieve them of their burden. Marsh Harrier patrolling. 2/4
