🙏 Massive thanks to the #TISP consortium, especially my project co-leader @colognaviktoria.bsky.social. They collected the data, helped writing and revising the manuscript, and provided countless insights into local contexts that had been unknown to me. You folks are amazing 🫶

Detached myself from the dumpster fire that is our political landscape for a day last week to rewatch THIS IS SPINAL TAP, see SPINAL TAP II: THE END CONTINUES in a theater, and listen to my favorite podcast, WHAT WENT WRONG, on the making of TISP. Closed it out with karaoke with friends. Great day.

This makes me miss the days when Google was actually quirky/funny and had the do no evil slogan. There was an April fools day prank they did with TISP. Toilet Internet service provider.

Thought of people gesturing to their toilet after seeing it on front page amuses me. Like your pinch to zoom.

#geography #climateperception

This study is based on a great collaboration of our #TISP consortium and @simonameiler.bsky.social, Chahan Kropf, @samluethi.bsky.social and David N.
