Ich könnte beim Programmieren meines KC85/3-Textadventures ja schummeln, und die Pascal-Quelltexte und das Weltmodell nicht im Emulator, sondern mit heutigen Editoren schreiben. Mit Syntax Highlighting, Copy & Paste über mehrere Tabs, schneller Reaktion auf Tastendruck, flüssigem Scrolling, Ordnern.

*sfz* jetzt ist der Quelltext zu lang für die Kompilierung. Muss den noch weiter aufteilen bzw. zusammenfassen. Ironischerweise bricht es gerade genau an der Stelle ab, wo ich das Verb "dekonstruieren" verarbeite.

In preparation for getting a different laptop for work, I cleaned off most of my stickers so the next person could decorate it as they see fit.

But I feel like I’ve just created the hot new retro console, the Infocom Z Interpreter. “No polygons, no sprites, no graphics — just narrative.”

We kicked off season two of our livestreamed collaborative classic text adventure play throughs a couple of weeks ago, and we're continuing the experience tomorrow evening, from 7pm UK time.

🕵️‍♂️ Pulled out the #Moonmist bits from “The Lost Treasures of Infocom” as I begin to familiarise myself with the game.

Lots of browsies in the Manual, hints in the separate Hint Book (which seem to be the InvisiClues), and a full map 😯

The Hint Book and Manual from “The Lost Treasures of Infocom” laid out on an outdoor picnic bench. The manual is open at the Moonmist section, and a folded map has been opened to show the text on some back pages. A peek inside the Moonmist map shows some locations. A peek inside the Hint Book for Moonmist shows a section “The Beginning” and a first question: “How do I get through the gate?”. The printed map, folded up, hides the rest of the page in case spoilers. A peek at the InvisiClues web-site reveals the same section and question as the Hint Book.
