..as main reason went was for more pics of old hulked #ThamesBarge - 'Ernest and Ada'. Built Paglesham, Essex, 1865. Villagers say sank in the '30s, but I've just discovered Society for Sailing Barge Research records have loss as "c.1940".

Tugs and barges have worked together to navigate this creek since the days of the brickyards a century ago.
