She is River's sister (my main Drifter) & she has been going through it, as her Operator counterpart is dead and have never been there as her anchor from the Sol system.

She also wears earrings, a choker, and her outfit is part of the Goth 1999 outfit. High contrast piece, bright red background with cracks formed on it, as the character on the front has a black base, with white outlines, showing an enraged/angry expression - the eyes are glowing red, along the visage ink below their eye, having their shoulders pulled up while leaning slightly forward. Amaranth has anger issues, and the high contrast piece meant to hint at that.
