Damn, that's cool! I'm curious where the 200k transistor count comes from. The rule of thumb for tinytapeout seems to be 1k gates, and I guess each gate is more than one transistor but 200k still seems high

TinyGPU v2.0. A standalone GPU that can display a model file from Flash.Render 1K tri at 6.5fps in 320x240, 4-bit color. Tested on Basys3 FPGA. Submitted to the upcoming #TinyTapeout shuttle.

Watching the #Micropython test suite running on TinyQV, my Risc-V SoC. An increasing number of tests pass 😅

With the #TinyTapeout competition using it, I'm trying to make sure there's no lurking issues!

I see. At first, I think you are using a QSPI pmod with two RAM. I am using your QSPI pmod on my next TinyTapeout project. Trying to study your qspi controller code. Thanks a lot for sharing it.

There is no online learning method currently that provides you with the EXACT skill set that transfers over to a job in semiconductors.

Biggest issue is the access to proprietary EDA tools.

Open source approaches like eFabless have failed. TinyTapeout is great, but ultimately no way to make the

Had some fun testing Ricardo Nunes's 12bit SAR ADC on #TinyTapeout 7 this afternoon.

A SAR ADC is a nice mixed signal example, with the digital section coordinating the binary search of an internal DAC, homing in on the input signal.

Glad I could test it myself and see it working!
