This #townmeetingday issue #1 is Gov Scott’s blockbuster education reform proposal. I'm still wrapping my head around it as the details emerge, as I’m sure most Vermonters and legislators also are. So, instead of takes, here are the questions I have, and that I'd encourage Vermonters to ask:
