Insider report, there is lot of tension within Treyarch and IW for BO7. Treyarch is now using IW's engine and they are blaming them for slow development and sabotaging BO7 so that the next Modern Warfare may get a boost as a return to form for franchise. www.youtube.com/watch?v=87u5...

Developers at Ubisoft, Treyarch, FromSoftware, etc aren't getting a royalties check for each sale of the game, it's only going towards the executive producers or the publisher themselves

black ops cold war especially is so funny because like. ah yes the notoriously troubled production where sledgehammer and raven had creative differences so bad that the entire project got thrown out and treyarch had to step in and make the new game in only six months iirc? amazing use of $700m
I don't even disagree that this is a low and unsustainable budget for pokemon going forward but using AAA/AAAA budgets as comparison is rlly "if you laugh you go to hell" for me because none of those games should have cost that much

I said BO6 was my last shot at COD, but I didn't expect them to ever remove SBMM. Black Ops 7 is Treyarch and Activision's best chance at bringing me back, but if this game's rubbish, I'll just keep playing Titanfall 2.

I enjoy what Treyarch is doing with the near future aesthetic and gameplay, but I need to know if the game will stay cohesive and solid after launch. We all saw what happened with Black Ops 6, and after everything that happened these last 6 years, I don't trust Activision at all.

"Modern Warfare" reboots are an example of why you need a writer in your team. I feel like the only CoD studios with something floating inside their heads is Treyarch, and also Raven on rare occasions they are let out of the "CoD mines". Infinity Ward and Sledgehammer.... oiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

it's actually so cringe that Activision/Infinity Ward/Treyarch ignored the complaints about Skill Based Match Making until they saw Battlefield 6 as a potential game killer of Black Ops 7. like die, we've been talking about this since it was introduced. it's cringe, it should've never been a thing
