Providers like union sister Sylvia are being forced to cut operating hours or close their doors altogether due to low wages! Until California pays providers the #truecostofcare, families will continue to lose access to affordable child care during their working hours.

What is the #truecostofcare? It's #fairpay for the time, effort, and expenses that go into caring for California's kids. It's the:
