Singing is known to reduce stress, and despite a hectic day with my support person on vacation and a dead car battery, I'm heading to rehearsal. I don't feel like going, but it always improves my mood—it's like a secret life hack. #vancityharmony

When I was 16, I started singing in a chorus and loved it. I also sang in a quartet. After having kids, I chose the quartet due to time constraints, which was a good choice. However, I missed the social life of a larger group, hence I'm in Vancity Harmony. Seriously go join a chorus. #vancityharmony
