Some of the coverage of the horrific Waitārere is reprehensible. "He lost his spark for life" says an RNZ headline about a man whose wife and children are in critical condition in the hospital. I'm sorry for his sister but goddamn, can domestic violence ever be taken seriously? A single fucking time
