The Marion County Sheriff's Office tells News 8 that Dionte Green is back in custody. The 35-year-old was being transported to the Community Justice Campus when he jumped out of a vehicle. He was was arrested for an outstanding warrant for unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon.

Without a judicial warrant, the Feds can’t legally do what they appear to have done here. Not that the Constitution has been much of a barrier lately.
Agents chased two workers in this ^ incident. Neighbors tell us one made it on to the roof and hid under a tarp until they left. They say feds had to have either jumped the fence or kicked the gate in for access.

about my aryas...the headband ripped off, and there was a parent issue that was in the warranty window that was actually a defect they warrant, so they accepted the claim and they said they'll provide me w a new headband and fix the locking mechanism on the earcups to be more secure (main issue).
