Cleaned up the loading into something that actually makes sense, instead of a bunch of crap in main(). :D

The process of loading a static scene in my little WIP engine so far...

1) Let Assimp do all the hard work.
2) Who needs multiple VAOs and buffers? Slap everything in a single VAO+VBO+EBO.
3) Scene "hierarchy"? Embrace scene anarchy! Build a big, flat 'draw list' instead.
