You don’t have to go teetotal to feel the benefits of drinking less.
Even a few drink-free days a week or switching to lower-strength drinks can make a big difference. #AlcoholAwarenessWeek

You don’t need to express breastmilk to remove alcohol from your system - it leaves your milk as it leaves your bloodstream.

Before drinking, ask yourself - who is the sober, responsible adult caring for your baby?

Remember: NEVER bed share or fall asleep holding your baby.
