Marco Rubio and Pete Hegseth live on "Generals' Row" at Fort McNair. Kristi Noem moved into housing typically reserved for the Coast Guard commandant on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. Hegseth's home underwent more than $137,000 in renovations before he moved in. Your tax dollars hard at work.

So true! Kristi Noem, and her lover, Corey Lewandowski are currently living rent-free in a military home at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, a house typically reserved for the U.S. Coast Guard's top admiral!

Cabinet members are taking FREE housing traditionally designated for Generals and Admirals
Kinda like the Nazis displacing the wealthy Jews and stealing their homes and belongings

After running on the treadmill for months (because my innate sub-elite athleticism demands grab bars for when I literally trip over my own toes😅) I took my couch to 5k outdoors this morning with a run on the Anacostia trail.
It turns out surface running is MASSIVELY easier than treadmill running 😲

I swear if someone in DC does not print up a bunch of "COMING SOON EPSTEIN BALLROOM" broadsides to paper Washington from the Potomac to the Anacostia, what are people even doing there?
Leavitt: "At this moment in time, of course, the ballroom is really the president's main priority."

NEW: A developer who illegally drained DC wetlands and polluted DC waters will pay $200,000 in penalties.
During construction, RKP installed 200+ groundwater extraction wells — damaging protected wetlands by the Anacostia River.
We also secured the permanent conservation of the remaining wetlands.

My dad was stationed at Bolling Air Force base in Anacostia. I attended Magogney Elementary. Every single year, we went to the White House. This image is haunting to a kid who grew up there. Can’t imagine how it feels for school age kids to see this destruction.
I suppose they will need a few million dollars of new furniture for his ballroom.

Kristi Noem is living rent-free in home used by Coast Guard commandant
A DHS spokeswoman said Noem must live on the military base because she had been “so horribly doxxed and targeted that she is no longer able to safely live in her own apartment.”

My very white children have been to preschool/school in:
Japan
Hawaii
Louisiana
DC (Anacostia)
New Jersey
The only one where they were in a plurality was Louisiana. (not a complaint--it's been great). Kid2's friends at school here in NJ tell her she's an honorary Asian since she was born in Japan.

A new bill in the D.C. Council would bring a 10-cent refundable deposit for cans and bottles to the city. Proponents say it would be a boon for recycling and the Anacostia River. But local brewers say it would increase their costs – and possibly put them out of business. 51st.news/dc-breweries...
