I've always found it really hard to explain #AutonomicDysfunction in everyday life without it just getting too complicated, longwinded, or missing things.

Who else finds they have strategies that help manage their health conditions, but periodically forget them? I've just re-remembered that working on my laptop from lying down instead of sitting *massively* helps my #PoTS #AutonomicDysfunction management! (I may have ADHD, which might be a factor)
