This is an exercise that can ruin your back very easily, so having a bar that works only if two hyper spotters sit on it, makes the exercise safe. The one behind will care a lot about your back arc.

A wide back for wide hugs. The point with hyper-fitted machines is that they don't allocate for more cast iron weights (that would bankrupt any gym) but for other members to sit and be the weight. Does it make them body weight exercises?

Dear old sit-ups, but weighted by two massive orc hogs, while one of the coaches can't resist sitting on yours. It ends all evenings like this. Pent-up tension that releases all over those throbbing, sore muscles. They're getting better at not spilling it on the floor.

Knee Raises. Dick is very close to his first transition, the orcs can smell it, and he will need a lot of core strength to carry around shoulders big as watermelons. He can't wait to have a pelvis wide enough to take the green pole balancing him right now.
