The political leadership of the Palestinian 48er minority that Elisha's purporting to be able to speak on behalf of has repeatedly said that it's apartheid. Every Hadash-Ta'al member says so. Every Balad member says so. The only reason Ra'am members don't is because they are focused on other issues.
This argument from Elisha Weisel - that Israel cannot be implementing apartheid in the West Bank because Palestinians in the Green Line have citizenship - would imply that Jim Crow in the southern US was not a problem, because Black Americans in the north could vote. I don't think they believe this!

Sure would be nice if the VA stopped screwing me over for the last 18 years for chronic migraines from ieds, ibs + gerd, and ptsd + agoraphobia when I know people who have gotten 100% for hearing a mortar when they were on Balad where we went for r&r and other equally stupid reasons. 🤬🤬🤬
