Fair, though that feels firstly like a failure of BitTorrent client interfaces to me.
The fact that no one wants to Computer is a much bigger problem that is also the same problem as "no one likes learning because their experience of school is abusive."
My desire for free movies beat out school. 🤷🏻♀️

And that’s a) kind of hilarious, but b) entirely sensible. Cos that’s how branding and IP works and it’s amazing that none of these corporate digital idiots seems to understand the concept of ownership at all, just because Napster and Limewire and BitTorrent drove them insane at a formative age.

I get where they're coming from but so many of the complaints you see about lost access to older and/or non-mainstream art in the streaming era could be pretty easily resolved by OP getting a library card and a bittorrent client.
